Types of Data collected

The Personal Data collected by this Application, independently or through third parties, includes: Tracking Tools; Usage Data.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.
Unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory. If the User refuses to communicate them, it may be impossible for this Application to provide the Service. In cases where this Application indicates certain Data as optional, Users are free not to disclose such Data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the Service or its operation.

Processing method
The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
The processing is carried out using IT and/or telecommunications tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organization of this Application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller, may have access to the Data. The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.

Retention period
Unless otherwise specified in this document, Personal Data are processed and stored for the period required by the purposes for which they were collected and may be retained for a longer period due to legal obligations or based on the User’s consent.

Purpose of processing of collected Data

The User’s Data is collected to allow the Data Controller to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, respond to requests or enforcement actions, protect their rights and interests (or those of Users or third parties), detect any malicious or fraudulent activities, as well as for the following purposes: Statistics and Tag Management.

Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

Tag Management
This type of service is functional to the centralized management of the tags or scripts used on this Application.
The use of these services involves the flow of User Data through them and, if applicable, their retention.
Google Tag Manager (Google LLC)
Google Tag Manager is a tag management service provided by Google LLC.
Personal Data processed: Usage Data.
Place of processing: United States.

Statistics
The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyze traffic data and to track User behavior.
Google Analytics (Universal Analytics) with IP anonymization (Google LLC)
Google Analytics (Universal Analytics) is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Google may use the Personal Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network.
This integration of Google Analytics makes your IP address anonymous. The anonymization works by shortening the IP address of Users within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the IP address will be sent to Google’s servers and shortened within the United States.

Defense in court
The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller in legal proceedings or in the preparatory stages thereof for the defense against misuse of this Application or the related Services by the User.
The User is aware that the Data Controller may be obliged to disclose the Data by order of public authorities.

Specific information
Upon request from the User, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information regarding specific Services or the collection and processing of Personal Data.

System logs and maintenance
For operation and maintenance needs, this Application and any third-party services it uses may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interactions and may also contain Personal Data, such as the User’s IP address.

Changes to this privacy policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying Users on this page and, if possible, on this Application as well as, if technically and legally feasible, by sending a notification to Users via any contact information held for them. Therefore, please consult this page frequently, referring to the last modification date indicated at the bottom.
If the changes affect processing activities based on the User’s consent, the Data Controller shall obtain new consent from the User, where required.

Definitions and legal references

Personal Data (or Data)
Any information that directly or indirectly, including through any other information, including a personal identification number, makes a natural person identified or identifiable.

Usage Data
Information automatically collected through this Application (including from third-party applications integrated into this Application), such as: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the User connecting with this Application, the Uniform Resource Identifiers (URI) addresses, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and operating system used by the visitor, the various temporal connotations of the visit (e.g., the time spent on each page) and the details of the path followed within the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of pages visited, the parameters relating to the operating system and the User’s IT environment.

User
The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.

Data Subject
The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.

Data Processor (or Data Supervisor)
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller, as described in this privacy policy.

Data Controller (or Owner)
